Let me rephrase - Are you referring to the FA Seminar and Exam, or a CFC seminar/test ?

For NA title, we refer to NA seminar.

Does FQÉ rated games counts for the 20 games limit as a player ? All FQÉ Local Arbiters must have en established FQÉ Regular rating, which requires 24 games, so all should qualify under this criteria.

Is there a list of topics for the NA seminar, so that I can compare to the FQÉ seminar and determined what is missing.
