Note: Changes from 2011-2 are that B.C., New Brunswick, Ontario and Quebec all have 1 more governor. 2. The President, when elected, is no longer a Provincial Representative governor – on becoming president, he becomes a governor-at-large. He has the power to appoint a replacement governor for himself from his home Province.

Thanks to Bob A. for last year's template. To the best of my knowledge, the lists from Ontario and B.C., as reflected in this thread, are final. Watch for updates, as names come in.

Manitoba's governors will return for the 2012-13 term.

Chris Felix is returning. Stephen Lipic informs that he will not be.

Alick Tsui is returning.

Lynn Stringer is due to return as the Chair of the Foundation.

It also appears that Valer Eugen Demian will return as our representative from the CCCA.

Rick Pedersen replaces Micah Hughey on Alberta's slate.

Nathan Divinsky (R.I.P.) is no longer an incoming governor.

George Hensel has joined the team from New Brunswick.

PEI and Quebec Governors added.

Edit: Updated "Governors at large"

Minor nitpick. The President can appoint a replacement for the duration of the AGM only; after the AGM it is up to the provincial affiliate (or the Assembly in the case where there is no affiliate) to nominate a replacement. Of course the provinces who have candidates for President are welcome to do this in advance.

Corrections needed I think:

1. Provincial Representative Governors - 37 + 3 vacancies ( Manitoba - 1; Saskatchewan - 1; Yukon Territory - 1 ).

2. At Large Governors - 20 + 2 vacancies ( Women's Coordinator - though Iulia Lacau-Rodean appears to have indicated a willingness to return to the position, and just needs to be formally appointed; Director of Fund-raising ) Note: only 3 Presidents in the last 5 years - Bob Gillanders is being double counted.

3. Total Governors - 57 + 5 vacancies

Bob, CFC Public Relations Coordinator
