It might save a lot of time to change the last column to "Why Eligible" instead... Out of all those listed there are only 4 who are technically eligible. How much farther into the list of women players is it necessary to go to find at least one more player (a "reserve" assuming the four accept playing conditions) that is eligible? Yes, I realize there is time left to complete the games requirement.

February is not very chess friendly month - not many tournaments. Considering that just one month passed (in general only 5 games) you might not find anybody with 10 games yet LOL
