This year, we will have very special playing conditions on the Bishop University campus with very nice rooms built in 1846. I know that some players care very much about the playing conditions, and we believe that we can deliver.
There will be 3 sections (Open, U1900 and U1500) and as usual, the firsts prizes are all guaranteed. We use a traditional time control of 1h15/30 move and 40min for the rest of the game with a 30 seconds increment). The regular fee are 65$ (45$ for U16 and unrated players) that you can pay by PayPal until Thursday without any transaction fee, or pay 5$ more for registration at the tournament.

Here are the instructions on how to go to the Bishop Université in Sherbrooke, Québec (the tournament will be indicated once on the Campus):

For housing, we have a promotional deal for 3-4 persons apartments with a Kitchen and a living room for 140$. Just call 1-866-822-9200 and mention the chess tournament to take advantage of it (there is diagrams at the end of this message, regular student's rooms are also available). If wanted, we can try to pair you with other players.
